Looking ahead, Cotlands is strategically repositioning itself through the development of the Cotlands ECCE Hub model - an integrated, community-based approach designed to strengthen access to quality early childhood care and education services in underserved communities. The organisation aims to scale a network of ECCE Hubs that combine toy libraries, practitioner training, quality ECD programmes, parent and community support services, and data-driven improvement systems within a single ecosystem.
Aligned to the Department of Basic Education Bana Pele Shared Blueprint and broader sector professionalisation efforts, Cotlands will continue to focus on improving school readiness outcomes, supporting practitioner development pathways, and helping early learning programmes progress towards sustainable registration and quality standards. Through strategic partnerships, innovation, and evidence-based implementation, Cotlands intends to demonstrate a scalable and cost-effective model that strengthens the broader ECCE ecosystem while ensuring that the best interests of children, parents, practitioners and communities remain at the centre of every intervention.
