The organisation's future focus is on establishing Bana Pele Community Hubs that integrate an early childhood development centre for 3- to 5-year-olds, a learning and teaching support materials library, accredited and non-accredited training, and caregiver-baby/toddler (birth to 3-year-olds) empowerment through playgroups. The hub will also support the registration of early learning programmes and provide opportunities for other role players in ECD to collaborate on joint activities.

Impact priorities

By FY2027, two flagship hubs owned and operated by Cotlands will be launched, expanding to one per province by FY2029. Each hub will serve 1 500 children, empower 180 caregivers, and equip 200 practitioners.
